White Sauce Spaghetti – The 2nd most popular spaghetti pasta

White Sauce Spaghetti is the second most loved spaghetti recipe after the Red sauce (do we need research to back this up?). We at Grubvine love Spaghetti and the white sauce is our favorite on our cheat days. We coupled it with Mushrooms to bring out the best of the dish – the vegetarian way. Dairy products like Parmesan Cheese, Fresh cream and Milk helps make the sauce appreciate this Italian dish. Please find our written recipe below and the video recipe here.

  1. Great recipe, I make carbonara a few times a year but I only use 1 egg. Most recipes use too many eggs and some use cream? cream? Thanks for posting this recipe. t.r.
